Steve Geidl has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and property management. Steve currently works as the Director of Finance - Lines of Business at CareOregon since March 2021. Previously, they owned and managed Real Property Management Classic, assisting residential property owners and investors with property management services. Steve also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hope Orthopedics of Oregon and Columbia County Health System, where they played a crucial role in financial leadership and bond issuance. Prior to that, they were the Principal at Geidl Financial LLC. Steve has held various financial positions, including Chief Financial Officer, at Carson Valley Medical Center, Columbia/HCA Subsidiary, Tri-City IPA, and Desert Orthopedic Center.
Steve Geidl completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Management Science from Gonzaga University between 1983 and 1987. After that, they pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management between 1995 and 1997.
In addition to their formal education, Steve Geidl has obtained several certifications. Steve is a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel, Outlook, and Word, which they obtained from Microsoft in January and February of 2020. Steve is also a Licensed Property Manager, certified by the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency in July 2017.
