Jodi Phillips

Vice President Of Operations, Northern And Eastern Ontario at CarePartners

Jodi Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. In 1989, they began their career as a Supervisor at the Canadian Red Cross Society and held this position until 1998. Following this, they joined Saint Elizabeth Health Care as a Director in 2000 and remained in this role until 2012. In 2008, Jodi became a Board Member at Fort William Rotary, a position they held until 2014. Since 2012, they have been associated with CarePartners, initially serving as the Regional Director for North and Eastern Ontario, providing leadership and strategic direction. Currently, Jodi holds the position of Vice President of Operations for Northern and Eastern Ontario at CarePartners, where they oversee the regional team and works towards achieving the organization's mission and operational goals.

Jodi Phillips has a BA in Gerontology from Lakehead University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Gerontology from Confederation College from 1991 to 1993. Jodi also has a High School Diploma from Fort William Colligate, obtained from 1985 to 1989. No additional certifications or information regarding Six Sigma Blackbelt were provided.
