Sylvia Lecky

Sylvia Lecky currently serves as the Director of Business Strategy & Program Management at CarePartners of Connecticut since September 2023. Previously, from 2021 to 2024, Sylvia was a Program Manager at For All Ages, where the focus was on a virtual initiative aimed at alleviating loneliness across generations. Sylvia also held the position of Career Readiness Instructor at Dress for Success Worldwide in 2023, providing essential support and coaching for women seeking economic independence. In 2021-2022, Sylvia operated as a Consultant/Project Manager at Mental Health Connecticut, Inc., leading a collective impact project among multiple nonprofits. Notable earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director within Aetna's Medical Economics Department from 2015 to 2019, and various actuarial roles within the company from 2004 to 2014. Sylvia's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Connecticut and an Encore!Connecticut Fellowship from the UConn School of Public Policy.
