Melanie Stallard

Melanie Stallard is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and quality assurance within the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Claims Supervisor at CarepathRx since May 2024, Melanie previously held the position of Utility Billing and Customer Service Manager at the City of Winter Springs, leading a team of 15 employees. Melanie’s career at CarepathRx from January 2018 to April 2022 encompassed roles such as Training Manager and Quality Assurance Auditor, where responsibilities included creating training programs and developing quality assurance audits.
