Holly Long CRCR, CRCS

Holly Long has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Holly began their career at HCA as a Patient Access professional, where they gained knowledge in registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing inquiries. Following this, Holly worked at Denton Regional Medical Center as an Interim Patient Access Director, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of Access Services, focusing on registration accuracy, timing, and collections.

Holly then joined Emdeon Business Services as a Revenue Cycle Analyst, serving as a customer liaison and project manager for Patient Access Solutions. Holly oversaw the implementation process, provided ongoing updates to clients, and tracked and reported issues.

Afterward, Holly worked at MEDHOST as a Product Owner, contributing to the creation of quality software solutions that meet project goals and function effectively at customer sites. Holly collaborated remotely with offshore and onshore teams and effectively communicated with various departments, including strategy, QA, documentation, and customer support.

Holly later joined Availity as a Product Owner, where they were responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Holly gathered and prioritized product and customer expectations, defined the product vision, and worked closely with sales, development, marketing, support, and quality assurance teams.

Holly returned to CarePayment, where they previously worked, as a Senior Implementation Manager. In this role, they utilized their expertise to oversee the successful implementation of CarePayment systems.

Holly Long CRCR, CRCS completed their education at two institutions. Holly attended Azle High School, although the duration of their enrollment is unknown. Later, from 1985 to 1989, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Howard Payne University. Holly also obtained two additional certifications: the CRCR certification from HFMA in January 2013 and the CRCS certification from AAHAM in August 2015.
