Paul Arys

Paul Arys has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Paul most recently worked at Tipalti as the Sr Manager, Implementation North America. Prior to that, they served as a Manager, Implementation at the same company. Before joining Tipalti, Paul was employed by AppZen as an Implementation Success Manager, where they successfully led and managed a team of implementation specialists and ensured timely and efficient completion of projects. Paul also worked at Coursera as a Sr. Enterprise Project Manager and Enterprise TPM Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing project management and ensuring the successful completion of enterprise projects. Before Coursera, Paul served as a Client Services Manager at Fiserv, where they troubleshooted software application errors and provided technical expertise to resolve client issues. Paul also engaged with clients to assess their business needs and provided recommendations for software optimization. Prior to Fiserv, they worked at AgilOne as an Account and Project Manager, where they managed elite clients and oversaw their data and marketing operations. Paul played a key role in on-boarding clients to AgilOne's software and solution. Paul's earlier experience includes working at Ovalpath Inc. as a Marketing Analyst Associate, where they managed relationships with agencies and vendors for the development of a communication platform. Paul also conducted market analyses and strategic evaluations for new products and promotions. Additionally, they worked at Moviltec as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they managed QA projects and developed effective test plans and methodologies for system testing. Paul has demonstrated expertise in project management, implementation, client services, and quality assurance throughout their career.

Paul Arys completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor of Science degree in International Management from CESEM, Sup de Co Reims, France, from 2004 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Mastership in Sales Coaching from Winning by Design in June 2021. Paul also obtained various certifications from Coursera, including Foundations of Positive Psychology Specialization, Project Management: The Basics for Success, Gender and Sexuality: Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace, Innovation: From Creativity to Entrepreneurship Specialization, and Positive Psychology: Applications and Interventions, all in October 2017. Additionally, Paul Arys obtained a certification in Python Data Structures from the University of Michigan in May 2018.
