Cristina Costantini

Cristina Costantini currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Care+Wear and President of The Tryall Fund, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives, donor relations, program development, and organizational transformation. From January to December 2022, Cristina held the Chief Operating Officer role at WORLD HUNGER TEAM, INC., focusing on improving access to organic and sustainable food. Previously, Cristina was the Vice President of Direct to Consumer for North America at Kipling Nautica Inc., leading a transformational strategy for a $75 million business, and served as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations at Aerosoles, managing comprehensive operations during the company's transition to private equity. Cristina holds a BS in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
