Claire Hall

Claire Hall is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in children's ministry and community support initiatives. Currently serving as CarePortal Area Director since September 2021, Claire offers vital support for new partners in Kern and Fresno Counties. Previously, as CarePortal Regional Manager at Reaching Higher Tulare County, successful implementation led to 254 children receiving assistance. Claire's tenure as Director of Children's Ministries at Pillar Church was marked by a strategic vision that tripled the number of children served. With a background in teaching, Claire has managed classrooms effectively, designed training for educators, and coached sports, all while holding a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Michigan.
