Whit Polley

Whit Polley currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at CareRing Health, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Polley worked as Chief Development Officer at Paradigm Oral Surgery from November 2021 to August 2024, and at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health from December 2019 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer at Covenant Surgical Partners from June 2008 to August 2019 and Vice President of Business Development at Surgical Health Group, LLC from June 2004 to January 2008. Whit Polley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Washington & Lee University between January 1996 and January 2000.
