Zach Sloane

Zach Sloane has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as an Associate at Wawa. In 2012, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Penn State University, responsible for the well-being of 150 co-ed students.

Zach then started their career at Genworth in 2013 as an IT intern before advancing to roles such as Web Team Leader, Mobile App Manager, and IT Development Program Champion. During their time at Genworth, they oversaw web and mobile app development, managed a team, implemented various analytics platforms, and improved web security and search engine optimization.

Currently, Zach is working at CareScout, a Genworth company, as the Director of Software Engineering. Zach is leading the software engineering department and innovating the care journey by developing a human-centered approach to guiding the care and aging journey. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior IT Leader at CareScout, leading the architecture, design, development, and rollout of a new CareScout.com experience and web presence.
