Aurica Lott

Aurica Lott has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aurica started their career as an intern at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, where they gained experience in the Food & Beverage department. Aurica then worked at Kempinski Hotel Frankfurt Gravenbruch as a Commis de rang in the Bankett Service.

Aurica later joined Groupe Sub de Co La Rochelle for a semester abroad, where they had the opportunity to work with people from different cultures and learn from international lecturers.

After returning to Germany, they worked as a Working Student at Bodo Jagdberg GmbH, where they dealt with fair contracts and created pattern books. During this time, they were in continuous contact with the Key Account Management.

Aurica then completed an internship at DER Touristik Deutschland GmbH in the Key Account Management department.

Expanding their career, they joined Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Conference & Event Sales Coordinator and later as a Business Development Coordinator, where they played a role in coordinating and developing the business.

Currently, Aurica is working at Careship, initially as a Sales Manager and later progressing to the position of Senior Sales Manager. Aurica is currently serving as the Teamlead Sales.
