Azgar Ullashariff

Azgar Ullashariff has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Azgar started their career in 2001 as a Lead Design Engineer at Butler Technical Services India Private Limited. From there, they moved on to Nipuna Services Limited as a Senior Project Engineer in 2003. In 2004, they joined Satyam BPO Limited, where they initially served as a Project Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2006. In 2009, they joined Mahindra Satyam as a Senior Consultant in Manufacturing Engineering Services. Azgar then worked at Dell as a Senior Manager in Manufacturing Engineering Services in 2010. Azgar Ullashariff joined Caresoft Global in 2011 and held various positions such as Manager - Projects, Project Manager, Director - Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Services, Head of Business Development, and Assistant Vice President. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations, overseeing the organizational development of Global Operations and Regional Business Development.

Azgar Ullashariff obtained a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education and Training from 1996 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including MTM - UAS Practitioner in 2012, Certified Practitioner in MODAPTS Fundamentals in 2008, Project Success Method - Project Management Certification in 2006, 6 Six Sigma Green Belt (I-Strive) Training in 2004, Internal Quality System Auditor (eSCM - e Sourcing Capability Model) in 2004, and a Graduate Certificate in Computer Aided Design in 2000.
