Chandrashekaran R has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. chandrashekaran began their career at Mahindra Satyam BPO, where they served as a Business Analyst and gained expertise in creating IT-BPO business solutions across industries such as healthcare, insurance, life sciences, energy, and utilities. Chandrashekaran also played a key role in sales and pre-sales activities, responding to RFXs and developing service offerings. chandrashekaran contributed to the development of go-to-market strategies emphasizing the IT-BPO value proposition and developed innovative pricing models. chandrashekaran also created a unique Capability Maturity Model that was widely accepted in the industry. After that, Chandrashekaran worked at R Systems as a Manager Sales, BPO, and at Western Union as an Actor. chandrashekaran then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in solution design and sales. In 2007, Chandrashekaran launched their own initiatives, Journey of Mind and Wiredbeats, where they served as a Creative Lead and Music Producer/Programmer, respectively. chandrashekaran produced fresh tracks and remixes for commercial projects, including a full-length motion picture featured in international film festivals. Chandrashekaran later joined Caresoft Global, holding various roles such as Head of Marketing, Senior Director Marketing, Paralegal and Contract Management, and Chief Marketing Officer. In these roles, they led global marketing, branding, communications, and creative projects, working closely with management on corporate strategy initiatives and non-linear programs.

Chandrashekaran R completed a Post Graduate Study in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they obtained a Certificate in Global Business Leadership from U21 Global in 2008. Additionally, in 2002 to 2004, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Administrative Staff College of India, with a focus on International Public Health/International Health and public policy.
