Pramod Marwadkar

Pramod Marwadkar is an accomplished professional currently serving as DGM-Global PMO at Caresoft Global since September 2023. Previously, Pramod held the position of Regional Manager-IMEA at Henkel from August 2018 to September 2023. Prior to that, Pramod worked at Caresoft Global from August 2012 to August 2018 in various roles, including Senior Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Project Lead. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager in Industrial Engineering at Mahindra & Mahindra from September 2010 to August 2012 and as Senior Consultant at Unique MOST Applications and Solution Pvt. Ltd from July 2006 to September 2010. Pramod holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar University, Aurangabad (2003-2006) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Osmanabad (1999-2003).
