Prasanna Gajaganapathy, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR Manager at Caresoft Global since April 2013, where Prasanna heads the Global Talent Acquisition function and develops strategic resourcing strategies to meet business needs across various regions. With a track record of leading teams and managing complex recruitment processes, Prasanna has previously held roles such as Assistant Manager and Sr. Executive in HR, overseeing offshore support for UK operations and addressing the complete human resource needs within the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering domain. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Consultant at Randstad India, where Prasanna was involved in end-to-end recruitment. Prasanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Anna University Chennai and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
