Andrew Powers

Andrew Powers is an experienced HR executive with a strong background in strategic leadership and management, having held multiple senior roles at Chevron from June 2022 to January 2025, including Senior HR Director and Head of HR for the MidContinent Business Unit. Andrew's expertise encompasses executive coaching, project management, and staff retention, with a proven ability to implement business strategies and drive organizational success. In addition to roles at Chevron, Andrew served as a Board Member for the Center for Veterans and Military Families at Robert Morris University and participated in the Board of Directors at the University of Minnesota. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
