Deirdra Yocum

Deirdra Yocum has extensive experience in healthcare operations and management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the Ohio Market at CareSource since September 2012. Yocum has held several leadership roles at CareSource, including SVP of Quality and Population Outcomes and Director of the Health Insurance Marketplace, where responsibilities included formulating business strategies and addressing strategic and financial issues. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Strategic Consultancy at Humana Inc., and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Consulting, where Yocum focused on organizational design and operational improvements. Yocum began a career in training and consulting with a background in psychology, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University.
