Erin Jones

Erin Jones, MPH, has extensive experience in health operations and management, currently serving as Clinical Business Systems Operations Lead at CareSource since March 2016. Erin has held various positions within CareSource, including Population Health Operations Lead and Compliance and Delegation Oversight Manager. Prior to this role, Erin worked as Supervisor of Adult Services at Miami County Department of Job and Family Services from May 2012 to March 2016. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Kent State University (2017-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Northern Michigan University (2003-2007).
