Jennifer Kasper

Jennifer Kasper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare operations and provider engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the Indiana Market at CareSource since May 2015, Jennifer has held several key positions within the organization, including Associate Vice President of Provider Engagement and Quality Performance and Director of Market Operations. Prior to CareSource, Jennifer worked at Anthem from May 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing workforce management analysts and aligning vendor contracts with business goals. Jennifer's earlier roles include Quality Coordinator at Indianapolis Power & Light and Call Center Supervisor at MAXIMUS, where leadership and operational efficiency were paramount. Jennifer began a career in member services at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on improving customer service outcomes. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Ball State University.
