Kellie Hans Green

Kellie Hans Green is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong focus on health strategy and policy. Currently serving as the Director of Complex Health Strategy and Policy and the Director of Child and Family Health at CareSource since August 2021, Kellie previously held the position of Director of Medicaid and Children’s Mental Health at the Kansas Department for Children and Families from August 2020 to August 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Foster Care Coordinator at Aetna and in various roles at KVC Health Systems, including Director of Communications and Recruitment, Director of Intensive In-Home Services, KIPP Grant Supervisor, and Intensive In Home Supervisor. Kellie's early career involved providing therapeutic services as an In Home Family Therapist at Johnson County Developmental Supports and serving as a Residential Service Provider at Synergy Services. Kellie holds a Master's degree in Counseling (Couples and Families) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
