Patricia B has over nine years of experience in customer service and claims management. Currently serving as a Knowledge Specialist at CareSource since August 2017, Patricia has focused on Claims and Claims Performance Solutions as well as Customer Care and Provider Services. Patricia previously held the position of Customer Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included coaching team members. Prior to CareSource, Patricia was a Customer Service Representative in Client Services at Synchrony Financial from March 2014 to August 2017. Patricia earned a degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University between 2014 and 2017.
