Regina Butcher has extensive experience in clinical operations and member engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Operations Vendor Oversight and Manager of Member Engagement at CareSource since September 2014. In this role, Regina develops and oversees a population health-focused rewards and incentive program aimed at motivating and educating members to take control of their health. Prior to joining CareSource, Regina held various positions at Reed Elsevier Technology Services, including Rewards & Incentives Manager and Project Coordinator, and served as a Sr. Telecom Engineer at LexisNexis from 1989 to 1994. Regina holds a degree from DeVry University.
