Shannon Saksewski is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry with a focus on social determinants of health and population health management. Currently serving as the National SDOH Strategy Lead at CareSource, Shannon spearheads product development efforts aimed at rural health innovations and equitable access to care. With extensive consulting experience through Hidden Thread Consulting, Shannon has provided support in communications and business development for various organizations.
