Shawn Pittman

Shawn Pittman is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in management and technology solutions within the nonprofit and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality and Training at CareSource since February 2021, Shawn previously held multiple leadership roles at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC from November 2009 to May 2020, including Senior Director of Fitness Operations and Director of Relational Marketing Technology, focusing on enhancing fundraising through technology. Before that, Shawn was a Vice President at KeyBank, overseeing internal call center operations and project management, as well as serving in various managerial positions at KeyCorp. Shawn holds a BA in Social Sciences from Harding University, a diploma from the ABA Stonier School of Banking, and completed the Prosci Change Management Seminar.
