Tammy Olsen

Tammy Olsen is an experienced professional in sales operations, account management, and customer service within the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations and Account Management at CareSource since May 2019, Tammy successfully established the Sales Operations department, overseeing agent onboarding, compliance, and customer service initiatives to enhance sales and membership growth. Prior experience includes leadership roles at CareFree Insurance Services, UnitedHealth Group, Minnesota School of Business, Ameriprise Financial, and Allianz Life Insurance Company, where Tammy implemented process improvements, increased productivity, and created customer service departments. Tammy holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Minnesota, a B.S. in Business Management from Minnesota School of Business, and an AAS in Business from Globe University.
