Tracey Green- Chittenden

Tracey Green-Chittenden is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Chief Medical Officer at Molina Healthcare since September 2021. With a longstanding affiliation with the American Academy of Family Physicians since June 1997 as a Board Certified Family Physician, Tracey has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Personalized Health at Aetna from February 2018 to April 2020 and Chief Medical Officer for Aetna Nevada Medicaid in 2017.
