Virginia Nagiec

Virginia Nagiec, MS, LMFT serves as the Director of Clinical Operations for Behavioral Health at CareSource since September 2021, where responsibilities include designing and implementing behavioral health programs and supporting operational standardization and improvement initiatives within the Integrated Care Model. Prior to this role, Virginia held various positions at Anthem, Inc., including Manager of Behavioral Health Utilization Management and Process Improvement Consultant, where expertise in process development, regulatory compliance, and training was demonstrated. Experience also includes managing integrated care services at South Bay Mental Health Center and providing mental health support during disaster relief with the American Red Cross. Virginia holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of the South.
