Toni Kennedy

Toni Kennedy is an experienced Director at Carestaff Nursing Services Pty Ltd, a pioneering Gold Coast Nursing Agency established in July 1999, known for its strong relationships with private and public hospitals as well as over 60 aged care facilities. Also self-employed since June 1999, Toni has been instrumental in the development of company infrastructure, strategic business planning, and operational efficiency through the design of systems for client management and nurse allocation. Prior roles include Office Manager and Allocator at Queenstate Nursing from 1996 to 1999, where administration and nurse allocation responsibilities were managed, and Office Manager at Budget Home Improvements from 1985 to 1994. Toni completed education at Bonnyrigg High School from 1968 to 1972.
