Adrian Caplea

Adrian Caplea is an experienced supply chain and logistics professional, currently serving as the Head of EAC Supply Chain at Carestream Dental since September 2019, responsible for managing diverse logistics networks across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific region for complex medical equipment. Previously, Adrian held various roles at Novartis, including Supply Chain and Commercial Head, where responsibilities encompassed supply and demand planning, customer service, and managing commercial policies. At Danone, Adrian served as the Head of Supply Chain Management overseeing operations planning across multiple countries and managing a remote team. Adrian's career began with roles at Chitty Foods Group UK as a warehouse supervisor. Adrian holds multiple certifications in production and inventory management from APICS and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with an agricultural engineering degree from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest.
