Cristina Mihaila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and project management. Currently serving as a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator at Carestream Dental since March 2021, Cristina ensures the smooth delivery of supply chain processes and manages cost and performance KPIs for the EMEA & UK regions. Previously, Cristina held various roles at Amway, including Senior Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included overseeing product launches across Europe, optimizing operations, and managing vendor contracts. Earlier experiences include product management at ALTEX Romania and purchasing roles at Saint-Gobain Rigips and Praktiker Romania. Cristina holds a degree in economics from the Academy of Economic Studies and has developed a strong foundation in inventory control, procurement, and team management throughout their career.
