Principal Electronics Engineer at Carestream

Daniel Hosseinpor, P.Eng has extensive work experience in the field of electronics engineering. Daniel started their career as a Co-op student at Matn R&D center in 1994, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Science and Technology in the Electrical Engineering department from 1995 to 1996. Daniel then joined K.AF Electronics Co as a Senior Electronics Engineer, where they were responsible for developing IP, designing and manufacturing various products including power supplies and X-Ray film processor machines from 1996 to 2004.

In 2005, Daniel joined Epson America Inc as a Design Specialist, where they designed and developed an interface board for a portable printer with WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities.

From 2007 to 2013, they worked at BlackBerry as a Technical Lead/Senior Electronics Engineer. Their responsibilities included the electrical integration and development of camera systems and components for smartphones and tablets, as well as conducting various electrical tests and characterizations. Daniel also collaborated with different teams to ensure electrical requirements were met and audited suppliers' manufacturing facilities.

Currently, Daniel is working at Carestream as a Principal Electronics Engineer, where they utilize their skills and expertise in electronics engineering.

Daniel Hosseinpor, P.Eng completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering - Electronics at the University of Science and Technology from 1991 to 1996.
