Johnny Mann (Santillanes) has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and professional education. Johnny began their career in 1994 as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force, where they were decorated for securing a $25 Billion intelligence budget funding. In 2001, they joined Ethicon, Inc. as a Leadership Development Candidate. In 2004, they became the Director of Sales & Marketing at Cordis. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager at Spectranetics, where they doubled the account base and grew sales channel revenue from $12M to $22M. In 2016, they joined Sonendo® Inc. as Director of U.S. Sales and Marketing, and jump started sales, growing revenue to $24 million and being recognized by Inc. 5000 as the #1 Fastest Growing Med-Tech Company. In 2018, they were appointed Global Director of Medical Education and Commercial Training at CONMED Corporation. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Caretaker Medical, where they are responsible for leading the commercial efforts for a digital health startup launching the novel AI powered Wireless VitalStream Watch and Health Analytics Platform.
