Paul Massey has held various roles in the manufacturing and operations industry, starting with a position as a Lieutenant in the US Navy in 1990. Paul then held the role of Manufacturing Program Manager at ooma from 2006 to 2007, followed by the role of Director of Manufacturing and Customer Service at DRC Computer from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Head of Production & Operations at ADI Engineering, Inc., and in 2016 they were appointed Director of Supply Chain Operations and Regulatory Affairs at CareTaker Medical. In each role, they have demonstrated leadership, budget management, and policy development skills, as well as expertise in manufacturing operations and customer service. Paul has successfully implemented strategies that have led to increased revenue and profit growth, improved quality, and higher customer satisfaction.

Paul Massey obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University between 1988 and 1992. Paul then attended the US Navy Nuclear Power School from 1992 to 1993, where they earned a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering. In 1995, they were awarded a Certified Chief Nuclear Engineer from the US Navy. In 2020, they obtained an ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor from SAE International and a Regulatory Affairs Certificate: Medical Devices from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). In 2021, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
