Katherine Dymond is an experienced engagement officer currently working at CareTrade UK Charitable Trust since January 2020. Prior to this role, Katherine served as a job coach for The Autism Project and held various positions in the hospitality and arts sectors, including team administrator/receptionist at ALTOUR and behaviour specialist and drama instructor at Eastbrook Comprehensive School. Early career roles included lifeguard at GLL York Hall and junior assistant talent agent with Glorious Management during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Katherine's career began with roles in hospitality from 2009 to 2012. Educationally, Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama, Theatre & Performance Studies from the University of Roehampton, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2012, following attendance at Sacred Heart of Mary Girls' School from 2002 to 2009.

Founders Katherine Doré OBE and Karen Edwards are both parents to teenage autistic sons and passionately believe in the development and potential of young adults. The organization exists to provide support and change the lives of young people who would like the opportunity to play an active role in their community. We strives to improve the life chances of school leavers and adults by creating inspirational and sustainable opportunities that will help them achieve their potential and be as independent as possible.
