Paul Sparkes has over three decades of experience in the financial services and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Managed Services Leader for EMEIA FS Consulting at EY since November 2005, Paul has held various prominent positions, including Partner and Managing Partner of UK FS Consulting, as well as COO of UK Financial Services. In addition to roles at EY, Paul is a Board Member at EY Seren and has been a Member of the Board of Trustees and Deputy Chair at CareTrade UK Charitable Trust since February 2018. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Capgemini, an Executive Consultant at Ernst & Young, and various consulting positions. Paul began a career in technology as a Trainee Systems Analyst at Lloyds Bank, later progressing to Systems Analyst at the London Stock Exchange. Paul’s educational background includes attendance at Dane Court Grammar School from 1978 to 1985.

Founders Katherine Doré OBE and Karen Edwards are both parents to teenage autistic sons and passionately believe in the development and potential of young adults. The organization exists to provide support and change the lives of young people who would like the opportunity to play an active role in their community. We strives to improve the life chances of school leavers and adults by creating inspirational and sustainable opportunities that will help them achieve their potential and be as independent as possible.
