Joseph Layne

Joseph Layne is currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at CareTrust REIT since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as an Associate at Sherry Meyerhoff Hanson & Crance LLP from September 2012 to June 2023. Joseph earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles between 2009 and 2012, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, obtained from 2006 to 2009. Joseph's early career included experience as a Foreman at Layne Construction from April 1997 to August 2009 and as a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University during the 2008-2009 academic year.
