Joshua Hillman is currently the Manager of Investments at CareTrust REIT, a real estate investment company specializing in senior housing and healthcare properties. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Financial Analyst at Discover Financial Services, focusing on financial modeling and forecasting for the home lending division. Before that, Joshua was a Junior Associate at C.K Cooper & Co., delivering investment ideas and building asset valuation models. With experience at State Street as a Trade Associate and Wells Fargo Bank as an Assistant Manager, Joshua has a strong background in finance and customer service. Joshua also worked as an Executive Assistant at Keller Williams Realty and as an Account Executive at America's Mortgage Specialists.
