Katie Thomas

Katie Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Account & Implementation Manager at CareValidate since April 2022, Katie oversees client relationships and gains in-depth knowledge of the platform. With a long tenure at Sundance Mountain Resort as an Incident Manager, leadership of a 40+ member ski patrol team is a key responsibility. Previous roles include Director of Event Operations at Riverhorse On Main, where Katie managed all event-related client communications, and Operations Manager at Medcor, where significant contributions involved launching new health security services. Freelance work included project management and digital marketing, focusing on small business materials and campaign effectiveness. Earlier positions involved working with the Board of Directors at Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and coordinating trade shows and marketing efforts at Black Diamond Equipment.
