As Head of Franchise, Neil consults with our Franchise owners to define their business goals and to advise and support their strategies to achieve them; Supporting our Franchise owners and helping them to grow their businesses, their people and themselves. With a wealth of experience in business management gained within large global companies, running his own successful employment and training companies and more recently at Carewatch supporting recruitment, business development and operations with qualifications in Accounting, HR, Project and Business Management, Neil thrives when developing our people and seeing them flourish as they grow. Neil also supports the expansion of the Carewatch franchise network, identifying prospective owner-operators who share our values about quality care and works closely with prospective Franchisees while they are evaluating the business opportunity, ensuring they receive all the information they need, including access to existing franchisees
