Paul Swegle

Paul Swegle is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Chief Legal Officer for Molecular Testing Labs, CareXM, Observa, Chapterly, Routora, Vincerix, and Hello Practice. As General Counsel, Paul manages legal and compliance matters while collaborating cross-departmentally to drive each company's commercial, financial, and strategic goals. In addition to industry roles, Paul serves as an Adjunct Law Professor at Seattle University School of Law and Gonzaga University School of Law, focusing on "Counseling Startups: Law, Regulation, and Fundraising." Paul is also the Founder and Owner of Business Law Seminar Group, which provides business law and finance seminars. Paul holds a JD from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
