Javar B Jackson

Javar B Jackson, Sr., LSSBB, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and operational leadership. As the Principal Owner of EPI-REC Healthcare Consulting, LLC, since August 2013, Javar provides expertise in accreditation and compliance for healthcare facilities. Javar serves as a CARF Administrative Surveyor and has held key roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Third Street Family Health Services, where management of an 11-location Federally Qualified Health Center was a primary responsibility. Previous positions include leadership in infection prevention and patient safety at Straith Hospital and interim executive roles with B.E. Smith. Javar has also contributed to education as an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy. Javar's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Michigan State University and ongoing studies in the Health Care Executive Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
