Kris Guers has extensive experience in post-acute services and occupational therapy, currently serving as Vice President of Post Acute Services at Schuylkill Health System since July 1993, and previously held the role of Director of Rehabilitation Services at the same organization. In addition, Kris has been a Surveyor for Medical Rehabilitation with CARF International since May 2006. Prior professional roles include Divisional Director of Occupational Therapy at Manor Care from 1988 to 1993, and Owner of Kristina Guers Connors, OTR/L from 1985 to 1988, providing occupational therapy services to various healthcare settings. Kris began the career as an Occupational Therapist at Reading Rehabilitation Hospital from 1983 to 1985. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Alvernia University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Towson University.
