Kristin Lindberg

Kristin Lindberg is an experienced professional in the field of social work and behavioral health, currently serving as an Independent Contractor and QM/PI Director at The Haven since August 2017, and as a CARF Surveyor for CARF International since May 2021. Previous roles include serving as an Intake Specialist at Palo Verde Hospital, a Senior Manager of Social Work at Banner - University Medical Center, and a Manager of Social Services at the University Medical Center U of Arizona. Earlier in Kristin's career, positions included Director at Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital, Clinical Supervisor at La Frontera Center, and Clinician/Program Manager at Advantage Behavioral Health Systems.
