Sarah Ross

Sarah Ross is an experienced professional with a substantial background in healthcare and compliance. Currently serving as an Administrative Surveyor at CARF International since March 2019, Ross has also held the position of Director of Compliance and Process Improvement at Willamette View since August 2016, where Ross has established an effective compliance program under the direction of the CEO. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at SMR Growth Strategies, LLC, and Senior Living Board Director at Willamette View, as well as contract specialist and regional director positions at Northwest Tissue Services and American Medical Response, respectively. Ross possesses a Bachelor of Science in Paramedicine/Healthcare from Central Washington University.
