Chad Green

Chad Green is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst and Mac Desktop Administrator at CARFAX since May 2017, Chad previously held positions as a Desktop Support Technician at BJC HealthCare and an Infrastructure Systems Engineer at Oracle|Textura. With extensive experience managing desktop support operations and providing assistance to numerous users, Chad has addressed a wide range of technical issues, including virus protection, software support, and system onboarding. Earlier in the career, Chad worked as a Helpdesk Technician at MBS Textbook Exchange, supporting over 700 computers and resolving critical system performance issues.
