Joyita Basu

Joyita Basu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Privacy and Compliance at CARFAX since November 2021, Joyita has previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at NorthStar Anesthesia from November 2020 to November 2021, and at CARFAX, Inc. from April 2012 to October 2020. Joyita began a legal career at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where duties included serving as an Associate from September 2004 to March 2012. Joyita earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing studies between 2001 and 2004.
