Tracy O'Halloran

Tracy O'Halloran is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and entity management. Currently serving as Vice President, Legal at KKR & Co. Inc. since March 2019, Tracy leads the global entity management function and oversees critical vendor relationships for the corporate secretary function. Prior to this role, Tracy held various positions at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, including Associate Director, Corporate Governance Manager, and Assistant Corporate Secretary, where responsibilities included managing corporate governance and shareholder communications. Additional roles include Senior Corporate Governance Paralegal and Real Estate Development Manager at Parasole Restaurant Holdings, and Corporate Paralegal at Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC Partners, as well as Senior Paralegal at Time Warner Inc. Tracy O'Halloran holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
