Steven Reitsma

Steven Reitsma currently serves as Manager of Software Engineering at CARFAX since February 2023. Previously, Steven held the position of IT Manager for Software Development and Solution Delivery at Home Hardware Stores Limited from May 2022 to February 2023, emphasizing the impact of effective management on team motivation. From October 2016 to April 2022, Steven worked as an IT Manager focused on Development at TD, and prior to that, at FCT from May 2011 to October 2016, Steven managed application development teams and oversaw project lifecycles. Additional experience includes a teaching role as a Professor at Fanshawe College, programming roles at DRN Commerce and Libro Credit Union, and management at McDonald's Corporation. Steven holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from Western University and a Project Management Certificate from Continuing Education at UWO.
