Ron Vergara

Ron Vergara has extensive experience in IT and data security, currently serving as Shift Manager and IT Data Security Analyst for Identity and Access Management at Alorica since May 2022. Previously, Ron held multiple roles at TaskUs from April 2018 to May 2022, including IT Analyst for the Network Operations Center and IT Service Desk Analyst, where responsibilities included leading the Global IT Service Desk Team, ensuring service level agreements were met, and supporting over 20,000 employees across various locations. Ron began the career as a teammate, initially working as an Email Support Representative before transitioning to support for an online food delivery platform. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Cavite State University, completing the degree in 2017.
