Rachel Cole McIpd

Rachel Cole MCIPD's work experience begins in 2007 as a Glass Collector/Bar Assistant at Lymm Rugby Club. In 2011, they joined Tesco PLC as a Customer Assistant until 2015. From 2014 to 2014, they had a short-term role as an HR Administrator at HR180 Ltd. In 2014, they also had a job rotation in the HR Department at Warrington Borough Council, gaining a broad understanding of various HR functions. In 2015, they joined IMH (Integral Medical Holdings Ltd) as an HR Coordinator and later took on roles as an HR Advisor - Coordinator, Regional HR Advisor, and National HR Advisor. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an HR Consultant at P3 People Management. Rachel then worked as an Employment Law/On-Site Consultant at Citation Professional Solutions from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People at CarFinance 247 starting from 2022.

Rachel Cole MCIPD has a diverse education history. Rachel started their educational journey in 2005 at Bridgewater High School, where they obtained 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from A to C. From 2010 to 2012, Rachel attended Priestley College, majoring in Business Studies, IT, Sociology, Accounts, and Citizenship for their A Levels.

In 2012, Rachel enrolled at Leeds Beckett University, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with Human Resource Management. Rachel successfully graduated with First Class Honours in 2015.

Continuing their education, Rachel obtained a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management from Wigan and Leigh College. Rachel completed this course from 2018 to 2020, showcasing their commitment to developing their skills and knowledge in the HR field.
